The Colorado Springs Leadership Institute (CSLI) develops authentic, bold, and innovative leaders who are committed to making a meaningful impact in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.

Through an immersive leadership experience and a growing network of more than 400 alumni, CSLI provides opportunities for personal growth, professional development, meaningful connections, and continuous learning. Participants engage with leaders from across the community, gain new perspectives, and build relationships that continue long after the program ends.

CSLI brings together diverse leaders who are passionate about strengthening our community. Through collaboration, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations, participants develop the skills and connections needed to become more effective leaders and contribute to a stronger Colorado Springs.
